Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 352 degrees.
Step 2: Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, add buttermilk, eggs, oil, warm water, and vanilla extract and beat until the mixture gets fluffy.
Step 4: Now add the batter to the dry ingredient bowl and beat it well on medium speed until smooth.
Step 5: Line the muffin tray with cupcake liners and fill each cupcake 2/3 full.
Step 6: Bake for 20-22 minutes and check the cupcake with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means that the cupcakes are done.
Step 7: Remove the cupcakes from the tray and let them cool for 5-10 minutes on the cooling rack.
Step 8: After the cupcakes have cooled, decorate them with chocolate buttercream frosting and enjoy!
