Kokra e Arte’s main activity is the grinding of wheat into various types od flour and bran. Mill capacity is 100 tons of processed and milled wheat per day. Production of high quality milled products and satisfied customers is our goal. Our flour’s have different characteristics, depends of consumers requirements.

We achieve the high quality of our products with a professional-selective selection of special and high-quality varieties of wheat as well as professional control of the entire process of flour production. We follow all modern movements on the market, following the needs of our consumers.

Flour T-400

This type of flour is made from central parts of wheat kernel.

The main characteristics is high white color and fine ground (soft under fingers).

Our recommendations is for all-purpose usage of this white flour T-400. It’s can be use for the preparation od diary pastries, rolls od fermented dough, bread rolls, pancakes, donuts or homemade pasta also.

Flour T-500

Because of the higher mineral content, fat and proteins this type of flour is nutritionally valuable.

It’s fine granulation and our recommendations is for preparations of various types of bread.
